Consumer Rights – Cancellation and Refund Policy
GENERAL:
By placing an order on this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs for the product shipment will be paid by the buyers.
Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, provided that this legal period is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, along with any relevant documents, such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of learning of it. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the payment was made with the unauthorized use of the buyer’s credit card, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If unforeseen circumstances arise that the seller cannot foresee, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, and if the payment was made in cash, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the buyer cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods/services before accepting delivery and should not accept damaged or defective goods/services from the shipping company (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging). The goods/services received will be considered as undamaged and intact. The buyer must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used, and the invoice must be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without giving any reason, by notifying the seller via the contact information provided below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer or the designated person/institution.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
For services purchased, this 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period has expired.
The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the seller within the 14-day period via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” provisions of this agreement.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the product delivered to the person or the buyer (If the product to be returned was invoiced to a company, the return must be accompanied by the return invoice issued by the company. Returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed without a return invoice.)
- The return form, the product’s box, packaging, standard accessories (if any), and all items must be delivered undamaged and complete.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and return any documents that place the buyer under obligation within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and to accept the product back within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the buyer’s fault, or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller’s losses in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration in the goods that occur as a result of proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
If the campaign limit amount arranged by the seller is exceeded due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount received under the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are prepared according to the buyer’s request or explicitly personalized and are unsuitable for return, such as underwear bottoms, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, makeup products, single-use items, perishable goods, or products likely to expire. For hygiene and health reasons, products whose packaging has been opened after delivery cannot be returned. Other examples include products mixed with others after delivery, products whose nature prevents separation, and non-refundable digital content or software programs delivered instantly. Additionally, services commenced with the
consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period cannot be canceled in line with the regulation.
For cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, duplicable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), returns can only be made if the packaging is unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the buyer defaults in payment transactions made with a credit card, they agree to pay interest under the credit card agreement with their bank and accept responsibility towards the bank. In this case, the bank may pursue legal action and demand the related costs and attorney fees from the buyer. In case the buyer defaults on their debt, they agree to compensate the seller for damages incurred due to delayed performance.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the accounts provided on the website. You can also make online single or installment payments via credit cards. The total amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of order completion.
