As ARTSENTEZ, we prioritize the security of your personal data processed as a data controller as defined in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Therefore, we would like to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and secondary regulations, based on the following purposes and legal grounds: In this context, personal data obtained from our website “artsentez.com.tr,” such as “name-surname, email address, phone number, IP address, log records,” are processed based on the legal grounds of the company’s legitimate interests, fulfilling legal obligations, and establishing and protecting rights. This is in accordance with the legal reasons set out in subparagraphs “ç,” “e,” and “f” of Article 5, paragraph 2 of Law No. 6698 and the fulfillment of obligations under Law No. 5651. These include the development of the service provided to you, ensuring its security, detecting fraudulent or unauthorized uses, investigating operational assessments, correcting errors related to the Website services, communicating with you, facilitating your internet usage activities, and other purposes specified in our cookie policy.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Artsentez may share your personal data with third parties such as external service providers, hosting service providers, law firms, research companies, and call centers, in order to fulfill the obligations under Law No. 5651, enhance the service provided to you, ensure its security, detect fraudulent or unauthorized uses, investigate operational evaluations, correct errors related to the Website services, communicate with you, facilitate your internet usage activities, and other purposes specified in our cookie policy. This transfer is conducted in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, within Turkey or abroad, and with affiliates and third-party business partners as required to fulfill the purposes of processing the data.

METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Artsentez collects your personal data when you access our website, register as a member, or fill out the contact form to communicate with us. Additionally, personal data is collected when you contact Artsentez through other methods where you disclose such data.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed and stored within the legal exceptions stated above in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Artsentez will store personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing mentioned above. Additionally, in the event of any disputes between the parties, Artsentez may store personal data limited to the defense of such disputes and for the statute of limitations periods determined by relevant legislation.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As a data subject, you can apply to ARTSENTEZ to:

  • Learn whether your personal data has been processed,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with this purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request that the relevant correction be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, and request that the relevant process be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to any unfavorable outcome resulting from the analysis of your personal data solely through automated systems,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law, and have the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred informed of these processes,
  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to ARTSENTEZ in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Communiqué on the Procedures
and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, ARTSENTEZ will conclude your request as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, free of charge depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, ARTSENTEZ may request the fee determined in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
